River Falls Lodge dances are held on first and third Saturdays of every month. Everyone is welcome at the periodic Saturday night potluck dinners (6:30 pm – check our dance calendar). We recommend newcomers attend the instruction session which starts promptly at 7:30pm. The dance is 8pm to 11pm. Admission is $10 cash for dancers aged 14 and older. Dancers younger than 14 may dance free if accompanied by a fee-paying dancer aged 16 or older. Camping is $5 cash per person and includes showers, for any dancer or talent who want to spend the night on the property.
In addition to our regular dances, we hold a weekend festival – Moondance – in October at Table Rock State Park, and a costume dance – Monster Mash – around Halloween at River Falls Lodge.
All Harvest Moon Folk Society dances are held in an alcohol- and drug-free environment. Smoking is not allowed in the building or on the grounds inside the white fence at River Falls Lodge.
